Teen Life is a life readiness resource for teens. The program includes one on one counseling,  life coaching, Career Mapping, Personality assessment (Real Colors), Customer Service & Leadership development, Job placement skills (resume, interviewing, networking),  entrepreneurship models, and empowerment small groups.

Teen Life provides youth with leadership development and life mentorship they can apply to their future as they are striving to gain guidance and direction. Oppose to seeking a life coach well into adulthood, Teen Life coaches youth with what they need now to help assist them through this very vulnerable time (adolescence).

Teen Preparation + Teen Opportunity = Teen Success

Teen Life is for youth in middle and high school (typically between 13-17 years old). Ideally the teen would began their first year of middle school and the Teen Life Coach would assist them until they graduate from high school. However, whatever year the teen enters the program we will stay with them until high school graduation or as long as they actively participate in the program.

Teen Life participants meets in-person and virtually. The training classes and teen small group empowerment sessions will be located at the Olive Tree Resources New Albany, Indiana location. We also partner with other community organizations to meet in different settings. For example, partnering nonprofits, public libraries, college classrooms or companies conference rooms. We have partnerships with various community entities who believe in the success of our teens and invest time and space.

Teen Life is available for those teens and families who believe in the power of collaboration and networking. We need each other to succeed, therefore we desire to partner with parents and youth who believe the same. BIG things come out of small groups. The results and life transformation that takes place in small groups are priceless and beyond expression. Olive Tree Resources offers several small group sessions designed to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout the community. According to Scott Boren, "many great things happen in small groups when individuals remain faithful to the group and work to reach their projected goals with the support the group presents." Therefore, Olive Tree believes this avenue of support among peers gives each group member the comfort and tools needed to successfully reach milestones.
